Join your fellow chapter members for a fun filled private retreat in our hometown! The retreat committee is still planning the fun and exciting activities we will do.
Cost: $100.00 (plus non-refundable processing fee)

Disclosure: Tickets are non-transferrable. We reserve the authority to instruct you to exit the event if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive to other guests' experience, or breaches the venue or EGA/Fort Worth Chapter policies. We may exercise this right at our discretion, without providing an explanation. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. You are entitled to request a refund up to 45 days before the event begins, subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit. Please note that no refunds will be issued within 45 days of the event's commencement. Your compliance with the venue's food and drink policies is mandatory. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee room rates or their availability once our initial allotment of rooms is booked. Lastly, we take no responsibility for any lost or stolen items at the venue.
