On August 15, 2016, the Fort Worth Chapter EGA was honored to host Kathleen Brown for a talk on Celebrating Vintage Aprons. Kathleen has a wonderful collection of aprons and gave us some interesting history and tid-bits about aprons over the years. She will be displaying her apron collection at the North Richland Hills Public Library Community Center on Friday and Saturday, November 11 and 12, 2016. This would be a worthwhile outing! In the meantime, enjoy these photos of some of the aprons she brought to share with us. You can read Kathleen's Apron Story and share a story of your own at www.myapronstory.com.
The writers of our blog are the actual Fort Worth Chapter members. Not only are they talented with a needle and thread, but they are wonderful writers as well.
